2B/2Ba - Boardwalk Beach House - Treasure Island - pets ok

Enjoyable stay
Nice little cottage, just the right size for the two of us and two friends who visited during our 17-day stay. Bathrooms are small, but having two is definitely a bonus. The outdoor space was great, especially for our dog. We walked nearly everywhere. If you want to do allot of cooking, just know supplies are adequate but basic. There is no dishwasher. Our only disappointment was that the LP tank for the gas grill was empty. We had the option of going to get a replacement ourselves and being reimbursed later. Not a big deal, but it seems that would have been done before our arrival (it was empty, not just low.) Beth was very helpful and responsive anytime we had a question. We highly recommend this property.

It isn't always easy to tell the difference between low and empty on the gas tank and the cleaners do not always have time in the schedule to go get a refill. And we don't want to be wasteful. There is a convenience store 1 block away where the tanks can be exchanged.

Adorable cottage great location
The cottage is located on a quiet street, is it tastefully decorated and has everything you need. The back yard was fully fenced and was great for our dogs and relaxing. We had no issues and check in and communications were terrific.

Great Place
We really enjoyed our stay at the Boardwalk Beach House. it is very clean and so comfortable. The outside is great. It was so nice to have our tea and coffee out there and even better for happy hours! The location is perfect, close to the beach and a short walk to John's Pass. There are several good restaurants nearby too. Beth was a pleasure to work with!

Great Family Stay!
The home was just as described. The inside is very clean and well maintained. There is a large outdoor area for sitting as well as a bar area. The yard is fenced in so perfect place to let your dog run around. The location is great for beach access. There is an ice cream shop just a 2 minute walk away! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect
We had a perfect stay. The house is exactly as described. It is well stocked with everything you need. The fenced yard makes early morning and late night dog breaks a breeze. There’s a lovely dog park a short walk away. The house is convenient to the beach and has a great selection of everything you need for a trip to the beach. A nice variety of restaurants are located nearby. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. We would definitely stay again.

Perfection
A perfect stay. House is exactly as described, well stocked and clean. Communication with host was fast, efficient and clear. The fully fenced backyard made traveling with our dog easy. A short walk to a local dog park was very convenient. The beach is a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Walk to the Beach
This is a very small home in a residential neighborhood. The neighborhood was very quiet. Like so quiet that I felt bad turning on an outdoor light for my dog at 11pm. It's not a bad walk to the beach and there was a beach wagon, chairs, and some toys to use. The house is very old and could definitely use some updating. The drawers were kind of falling apart on the dressers in both bedrooms. There is no dishwasher. Overall, everything was as advertised

Highly Recommend
The home was exactly as described and everything we needed was supplied. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Communications with the management was excellent. I would recommend leaving directions for replacement of batteries for the front door lock and a full set of batteries.

Just as described
The house truly was a very quick stroll to the beach, maybe 5 minute walk. The house had all the beach towels we needed even though we took our own. I had a couple of requests, 1 not so urgent and the other urgent and was promptly met with a reply and resolution was made. The only thing I could say is that the water pressure for the king size bedrooms bath was truly not much but I managed just fine. All linens were provided, be prepared to wash towels daily if you've got a full house. The house was lovely and tucked away in such a quiet neighborhood which we greatly appreciated. Our little yorkie also approved as there wasn't a lot of commotion in the area to get him into guard dog mode :) And communication were prompt from the management!

Perfect cozy beach bungalow
Our family loved this quaint beach home, tucked back off the main road but an easy walk to both the beach and the intercoastal for fishing. The home has everything we needed, including a fenced in back yard for the kids to roam, and the quiet neighborhood made the trip relaxing to come home to every night!

Hidden Gem!

Quality time with family
Spent 3 nights and 4 days in Treasure Island. This home was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Enjoyed the ‘tiki bar’ style outdoor space that has a barbecue barbecue grill. There were beach chairs and a wagon that we used to carry all to the beach which was a 10 minute walk. I would recommend this place.

Good place to rest the Body
Unfortunately my husband had to cancel so I went alone. I felt very safe on the street I was staying on. The property was very clean and well kept. Easy to have a dog becasue the yard is fenced in. The main drag has everything you want. I rented a bike for the week and a paddleboard. It's an island so I didn't have to paddle onthe open ocean. The beach was a walk across the street, chairs, beach towels and toys were included so didn't have to buy anything. The local people were very friendly and again I felt very safe. The managment company, Beth, checked in with me after I arrived to make sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend staing here.

Great place for a beach get away!
We were in town for a swim meet at North Shore Aquatic Center (30-minutes away). We wanted to stay at the beach so we'd have something fun to do between sessions and someplace that would allow my daughter to just relax when she wasn't swimming. This was PERFECT! In terms of space - we used the family room as a 3rd bedroom for our youngest and it worked out great. We LOVED the deck/backyard space and ate outside every day. We had access to the beach (a short walk), fresh seafood (Johns Pass) & ice cream (Shake Shop) nearby. Our family of four, plus our dog had a GREAT experience! I agree with all the reviews about the lack of space to put dry groceries but we made do and it wasn't a big deal. We did have a few issues that would have made the trip a little easier - shortly before we arrived the dryer broke & wasn't going to be fixed in time for our stay. I was notified in what would have been plenty of time, but because we were already traveling it was too late. We dried clothes on a drying rack. Also, the new beach cart was nowhere to be found - Beth was quick to order a new one, but it arrived on our last full day so we didn't have it to use. The house and location were great and we'd definitely stay again. My only complaint would be the lack of cups. There were plenty of wine/margarita glasses & coffee cups, but only two drinking/highball and two juice/lowball glasses. On a personal note, I'd take more disposable stuff next time, because I hate doing dishes ;), and I think my kids used every dish in the place.

Great Stay
The Boardwalk beach house is very nice, this was our 2nd stay and we were just as happy as the first. It has a very convenient location; 5 minute walk to the beach, and we did not have a car so we were able to use the rental scooters on the main drag to go to the grocery store, walking distance to restaurants. Highly recommend .

Great location. Cute place with fabulous backyard.
We stayed at Boardwalk for the month of January. Great location. Take a few steps out of tge house to your left and you have the intercoastal. Take a few more to the right and cross Gulf boulevard and you have the beach. Loved the treasure island trail that runs two miles along the beach. With dogs this is the only way to walk the beach. Dogs are not allowed on the actual beach. House was well equipped. Kitchen had everything I needed, beach towels, extra linens, beach chairs and some beach toys. It was more than enough space for two but tight (but adequate) when we had guests (four). Best part was the backyard. Spent lots of time in the shade reading,coffee, relaxing, enjoying. Yard is fenced(lots of privacy) and very well landscaped. Grill was large, and lots of outdoor seating. Walked to two coffee cafes, some restaurants, and bars all with outdoor seating. Would stay again.

Good place to stay
Very satisfied with this rental. Place was very clean and tidy, had all listed amenities. Lacked space for food storage and the microwave was hard to access on top of fridge, but everything still worked well. The outside was perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There is even a shower outside to rinse off after being at the beach which was very nice. We did have to fill the gas tank to the grill, but other than that everything was set up great. Very close to beach and shopping areas. Would stay here again easily.

Boardwalk beach house
Loved our stay here! House was immaculate when we arrived, a/c worked perfect. We reviewed the welcome binder and made note of activities and restaurants which was a nice touch. We couldnt get enough of the backyard seating areas, we spent every morning coffee and evening glass of wine outdoors. The showers water pressure was pleasantly strong and remained hot which was a major plus. Wifi worked fine for us the entire stay, and netflix was already set up which made it super concenient. Lastly you just cant beat the location, we walked to the beach every day. The only downside was that the coffee pot was cracked and some of the pots and pans were scratched beyond use, but one quick text to Beth and we were brought brand new kitchenware within a couple hours! We will definitely be coming back, well worth it.

Quaint and cozy little space
This home was very cute and cozy. It wasn't a good match for our family with 2 small kids who run around alot and wanted a large yard to play in. But it was still a good cottage. It was well stocked and had a nice backyard with lots of seating spaces.

Refreshing beach weekend

The stay at boardwalk beach house was amazing. The property was extremely clean, and had all the amenities you need. The IRS a great collection of kitchen supplies to cook, a wagon and chairs for the beach. The grilling area was a great way to unwind and not have to rely on restaurants. The publix and CVS are within driving distance and the beach is a 5 minute walk. The beach was gorgeous.

Thumbs up to Boardwalk Beach House
Boardwalk beach house is a cozy little cottage with old Florida charm. It’s located on a quiet street just off Gulf Blvd and is walking distance to everything..the beach, restaurants, and John’s Pass. We hardly needed our car at all. The house is small, very clean and the only big negative are the beds, which are desperately in need of replacing. The furniture in the living room is in need of updating as well, but functional. The outside space was perfect for sitting and relaxing and for our dogs as well. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials, except for a dishwasher. The bathrooms were small and a little tight, but we managed just fine. Beth was quick to respond with any questions we had. We are planning another trip next year and if the beds are replaced, will definitely stay here again.

Cute cottage
This delightfully decorated cottage was just what we wanted for a weekend at the beach. Unfortunately, the best feature is the outdoor living space and we had a weekend of thunderstorms that kept us inside most of the time. Bedrooms were fine, but had king and queen beds when we would have preferred two twins in one. The living room couch is rattan and not very comfortable and certainly not an additional bed. It's located in a nice area with plenty of eateries a short drive away. Walking to the beach is easy, but it's a long haul from the road to water's edge, even with the help of the wagon provided. Overall, it was a nice rental on a quiet side street and we were very happy with the friendliness and professionalism of the management company.

Well, I'm writing my response with a smile on my face although I'm not sure how to respond to the comment about the beds. We're pretty clear in the description that there are two beds - one king and one queen, and that if a 3rd bed is needed we have a twin aero bed. So no one is expected to sleep on the sofa (which is comfortable). It does sound like the sleeping configuration was not what they were looking for, and so perhaps they should have chosen a different home. If you have concerns about the distance to the beach you'll see other comments on Boardwalk about how close it is to the beach, rather than how far it is. And they did stay just a few days during a period with a lot of rain, which is unfortunate.

Beachhouse Boardwalk well worth it!!! Met expectations and more
I stayed at the Beachhouse Boardwalk with my dog for 30 night. We really had a great time:
* All the pics are accurate and it came advertised. It is clean.
* The outside area is plentiful with many sitting areas and completely enclosed for bandit to run around. I fired up the grill when I didn't feel like going to many of the great local places within walking distance.
** Bathrooms are a little small as you can see in the PIcs but Im a big guy and had no problem using them.
**The place is managed digitally. No key to get in, Check in /check out via text. Beth can see the temp/history inside the place and reached out to me and sent someone over when she saw it was too hot inside.

Overall great experience and would do it again.

Had an excellent time over the Independence Day weekend at this little beach cottage. Plenty of room for two couples. The patio area is perfect for morning coffee! Beach is just right across the street. Will love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Boardwalk Beach.This cottage sits off the main road so its quiet and cozy. The clean and inviting atmosphere makes this place feel like home. Treasure Island beach is a short walk and many attractions and events are just a few feet and/or miles away. Johns Pass 2mi, Daiquiri Shak 4mi, Mastery Brewing Co 4mi, Caddy's on the Beach 3mi, or whatever you want to do. My son and daughter in law live in St. Pete, not only did they love it my daughter in law recommended this place for her parents say in july. Give it a try we think you will like it too.
