LIVING SPACES

The cozy living room is home to a plush comfy sofa and side chair with plenty of side tables for your drinks and snacks. A ceiling fan to keep things cool while an oversized lamp is perfect to curl up with a book or your mobile device.

Stream your favorite show or gather the whole gang for a movie night on the big screen TV with WiFi.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully-equipped kitchen is just waiting for your special culinary efforts! With stainless steel appliances and a big peninsula bar, you'll be cooking in style. Enjoy those delicious creations in a cozy dining nook, with a table for four. The wine rack is conveniently nearby with plenty of glasses in the kitchen.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS

Prepare for a great nights' sleep in the primary bedroom with a queen bed. Late-night talk show enthusiasts will love the TV, and the before-bed reading crowd will appreciate the dual lamps and nightstands.

The second bedroom has a futon and can double as an office with a workstation, ergonomic chair, two monitors, and a printer.

The full bath has a big vanity for all your things and a tub/shower.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES

And this is where you'll spend most of your time! We have carefully created an outdoor oasis for our guests to love and we hope you will, too!

Warm and sunny Florida days call for a pool to cool off in and you're sure to love this one. (Please note that the pool is not heated.)

We also offer plenty of seating, whether you're looking to soak up the rays or sit in the shade with a drink.

And remember that your pooch is welcome to join in all the fun, too - we've even created a special dog run/exercise area just for him/her (with shaded synthetic grass to keep doggie toes cool and comfortable)! When all that play is over, the elevated dog wash station will be most appreciated.

Please note: No smoking or vaping. No parties or events. The pool is not fenced, so this may not be the best property for young kids. However, the yard itself IS fully fenced.

Gulfport has been called a lot of things, but boring isn't one of them! It has been referred to, in no particular order, funky, eclectic, artsy, charming, progressive, welcoming, warm, and even weird. It proudly accepts all of it!

The downtown is small, but exceptionally welcoming. You won't find any chain stores, or parking meters, but you will find beautiful old oak trees dripping in Spanish moss. And you will definitely find small-town friendliness and warmth.

Beach and Shore Boulevards are at the heart and soul of our historic downtown area and are directly situated on scenic Boca Ciega Bay.

Those downtown shops are all independently owned and operated and feature works of local artists and artisans, as well as clothes, books, gifts, home decor, and more.

A concentration of more than a dozen restaurants in the village has made Gulfport a premier dining destination. You can find anything from a burger to find dining.

Make sure you're here for our bi-monthly Art Walk, on the first Friday and third Saturday or each month. And while you're at it, grab your grocery bags and head over to Tuesday Fresh Market for fresh fruits and veggies, breads, cheese, seafood, honey, plants and more, all from local vendors.
